I do some Google searches and encounter a good amount of posts regarding Windows 10 and issues with bass (although a lot of them seem to be from a few years ago). From what I can tell, this isn't an issue with the Klipsch, but with my desktop, since the iPad and my Predator laptop (also running on the latest version of Windows) has no issue with the subwoofer. I have an old gen 1 iPad which I plug into the speakers, and the subwoofer comes back to life.

I then bring it into my bedroom where my desktop is (specs listed below), and the two speakers work perfectly fine, but the subwoofer just flat out doesn't work. Everything works fine, the speakers and subwoofer work great and sound great. I recently bought Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 THX desktop speakers and tested them out in my living room which is hooked up to an Acer Predator Laptop.
